Chambers talks about service this morning and what a true servant/saint is like.
My husband recently came out and shared his testimony or life experience with Leprosy. A few years ago he was diagnosed with this diease. He immediately started treatment and is now cured.
But what most presses on my heart regarding this experience is that he "became broken bread" in his aim to serve. My husband did not go out looking to contract this disease. He didnt make a huge show of his devotion to his work with those who have/have had leprosy. He simply placed himself in the Lord Jesus Christs' hands to be used as He desired.
I desire to be a true servant. One who allows herself to be broken and poured out as i follow His direction in my life.
