Internet Withdrawal
Hey guys:
Its me again... not because i didnt want to post before, but because i couldnt. WiFi is gone in my house. There was a terribly thunder/lightning storm this week that shot it out. Its terribly sad. But mostly, its eye-awakening... We can use internet using a DSL cable, directly from the carrier hub, but not independently. Also, only on my hubbys laptop... so i have to wait my turn... We are WiFi-people. My hubby has an Iphone and I have an Ipod Touch. Im not really the sort of person who is online all the time, but i do check it frequently for a quick second when i get the chance. But now... I use my internet plan on my cell (a small Nokia c2) - Not so quick, not so big, and not so practical.
Ive been trying really hard to make it a lesson in learning patience and priorities... but its really hard turning my mind off of the Cyberworld when...

- Post Debate Analysis
- Waiting for an email from mom/dad/sister/etc.
- Needed to use Wikipedia to define TONS of stuff
- Blogging
- FBing
- Uploading/sharing pictures with friends
- Skyping
The list seems banal... but its important to me. Lets just say for the sake of a good conscience that im investing more time in my family and home and learning how to live in a smaller world (cyber-lesser). SO MANY PEOPLE DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT THE INTERNET IS!!!).
So, if it feels like ive been less active, i have been. ill be back on as soon as the wifis fixed...
